Jonathan didn't set out to become a business coach. He set out to build a business. And like most founders, he struggled — not because he lacked ideas, but because he lacked the framework to turn those ideas into something lasting.

The turning point came when he stopped asking "how do I grow my business?" and started asking "why does this business exist?" That shift — from tactics to purpose — changed everything.

Today, Jonathan works with founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across Africa and beyond, helping them build businesses rooted in clarity, culture, and conviction.

His work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: that the most successful businesses in the world are not built on the best products or the smartest strategies. They're built by the most self-aware founders.

This belief is what led him to create Seasoned — an entrepreneurship platform designed to develop the human skills that no business school teaches.
