CEO Therapy is Jonathan's answer to a problem he hears from founders constantly โ there's nowhere to go to have a completely honest conversation about your business. Not with staff, not with investors, not even with family.
So he created a space where you can. A half-day hangout (think good food, comfortable chairs, no lanyards) where a curated group of founders sit with Jonathan and do something rare โ tell the truth about their businesses.
The agenda is loose by design. The conversations are guided by Jonathan. What you take away depends on what you're willing to put in the room.
Maximum 20 founders. Selected for seriousness, not status. Every seat matters.
What's said in the room stays in the room. No performance required.
Jonathan shapes the conversation โ drawing out the real issues, asking the questions no one else is asking.
