Jonathan Njoroge — known as The African Director — is a business growth strategist based in Nairobi, Kenya. He works with founders, entrepreneurs and corporate teams across East and West Africa to build businesses that grow systematically, not accidentally.

His work is rooted in one conviction: most businesses in Africa fail not because the idea was wrong or the market was bad, but because the founder was never given the right blueprint. Jonathan built Seasoned Preneur to give that blueprint — in frameworks that work specifically for the Kenyan and African market.

Jonathan has worked with over 500 founders and entrepreneurs across Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Nigeria through his programmes, workshops, corporate training engagements and consulting practice. He also runs Artlink Agency Ltd, a marketing and growth consultancy that implements the same CRUISE™ Growth System with SME and corporate clients.
